Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse
Job Title: Respiratory Therapist or RN
Location: Erlanger, KY (Northern Kentucky)

Salary: $30-40/hr. (flexible depending on experience)
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8AM-5PM
Employment Type: 3-month contract with potential for permanent placement
Job Duties:
- Conduct in-home assessments and provide education on respiratory equipment
- Manage ventilators and oxygen therapy per physician orders
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced respiratory equipment
- Document care and provide follow-up support to patients
- Available for on-call support if ventilator issues arise
- Provide clinical support to field personnel and assist with troubleshooting
- Initiate and maintain patient compliance programs as required
- Maintain continuing education and up-to-date licensure as required by Kentucky law
- Secure all company and patient information in compliance with policy
- Perform other duties as required by state licensure law or management
Requirements:
- Active RT (RRT/CRT) or RN license in Kentucky
- RT experience required; additional training provided
- Home healthcare experience preferred
- Minimum AA/AS degree or completion of an accredited respiratory care program
- Strong communication, documentation, and patient education skills
- Reliable driver with personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
