Compensation Details:
The hourly range for this position is 20-25/hr.
Work Location: This position based out of Olathe, KS and requires some travel (up to 150 days per year) 
Join our team as a Resource Coordinator! 
This position is for residential and commercial fire and water clean-up and restoration for Large Loss Division. Job assignments include but are not limited to gathering all equipment and materials needed for the job as per the Project Manager.
 
What you'll do:
    • Manage all material, equipment, and rental orders while maintaining accurate inventory, records, and invoice reviews.
    • Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely, professional service delivery, including participation in on‑call rotations.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite that reflects high-quality workmanship.
    • Ensure equipment functionality, including fuel management, inspections, and tracking of model and serial numbers.
    • Complete daily administrative tasks such as timesheets and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Follow all safety regulations, PPE requirements, MSDS guidelines, and company policies while delivering excellent customer service.
     
     What you'll bring: 
    • Ability to understand directions and communicate effectively with clients, employees, and management.
    • Mechanical aptitude and the capability to perform essential duties to standard.
    • Valid state driver’s license required; CDL preferred.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Drive, smart devices, and the ability to learn new software and technology.
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
    • Effective communication skills and the ability to manage temporary labor to meet goals and deadlines.
    • Commitment to safety, including preventing injuries, treating minor injuries, and reporting incidents appropriately.

     

     Working Conditions:
     
    Working conditions will be mostly on a job site in adverse conditions ranging from extreme heat to extreme cold, with some work completed in a climate-controlled environment. This position will require alternate bending and lifting of large items up to 70 pounds.
