Compensation & Benefits

• Pay you can count on: Base compensation of $25–$50 per hour (experience-based), plus uncapped performance bonuses. Top performers regularly achieve $100,000–$200,000+ total earnings.

• Run residential service and repair visits—tackling complex diagnoses and solving problems right the first time.
• Spot issues early to prevent future breakdowns and callbacks.
• Present clear choices—repair vs. replace, financing, and service agreements—so homeowners can make informed decisions.
• Track your KPIs and own your results across revenue and service metrics.

What You Bring

• Solid residential service background—real-world troubleshooting in real homes.
• Working knowledge of safety standards and local electrical codes.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Fluency in English.

Physical Demands & Work Environment

(All Trades and Warehouse Departments)

Expect to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop, handle controls, hear, and talk. You’ll reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold spaces such as crawl spaces. Regularly lift 50+ pounds. Vision requirements include close focus and the ability to adjust focus. Work happens across New Jersey seasons—outdoors and indoors—depending on the job.
