Dino Painting needs a project manager who controls schedules, enforces standards, communicates clearly with homeowners, and refuses to let details slip. If you take ownership and don’t tolerate chaos, this is your lane.

What You’ll Do

• Run residential interior and exterior painting projects from start to finish.
• Set clear expectations with homeowners and keep communication tight.
• Hold subcontractor crews accountable to Dino’s standards—quality, cleanliness, timelines.
• Perform walk-throughs, punch lists, and approvals with discipline.
• Drive production schedules and keep jobs on track every day.
• Document everything cleanly in our job management tools.

Base + Commission

• Control your weekly take-home with your effort
• Spiffs are always available for delivering a top-tier client experience

$50,000 - $70,000 yearly

• Run residential interior and exterior painting projects from start to finish.

• Solve problems on-site fast so jobs never stall.
• Perform walk-throughs, punch lists, and approvals with discipline.
• Document everything cleanly in our job management tools.
• Communicate with the office and keep everyone on the same page.

• Strong leadership presence—crews follow your direction the first time.
• Clean driving record.
• Tech-capable with scheduling software, apps, photos, and documentation.
• Detail-driven, organized, and consistent.
• Available to work evenings and weekends, especially in the busy season. (April - September)
