We're looking for a residential service technician who can handle daily calls with confidence, diagnose issues, repair systems, and deliver a great customer experience. This is a service/repair role (install time does not count toward service experience requirements). Company vehicle provided; rotating on-call required.

Key responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Explain findings and solutions clearly to homeowners
• Complete service documentation and follow quality/safety standards
• Coordinate with dispatch/office for efficient daily routing
• Participate in rotating on-call (currently ~1 night/week + ~1 weekend/month)

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 or more years of residential HVAC service experience preferred (diagnostics/repair)
• Journeyman license required
• Valid driver's license + good driving record (MVR)
• Technicians must reside within approximately 30 minutes of Tulsa for on-call rotation
• Reliable, hardworking, no-drama attitude; strong communication skills

Pay and benefits:

• Full-time, W-2 Employment
• Pay: $27 to $32 per hour, depending on experience
• Company vehicle provided
• Health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision
• Simple IRA with 100% match up to 3%
• Quarterly bonus program (target up to ~5% of quarterly salary)
• PTO starts after year one and grows over time (up to 6 weeks)
• $400 tool allowance after year one (techs bring hand tools + gauges)
