What You Will Own
You won't just run calls. You will own the quality and integrity of every job you touch.

You will:
- Respond to residential and commercial electrical service requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently and safely
- Drive a fully stocked Mercedes Sprinter Van to 2-3 client locations per day
- Communicate clearly with clients and team members throughout each job
- Deliver first-class workmanship and ensure 100% client satisfaction
- Explain technical issues in simple, understandable terms
- Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
- Uphold safety and quality standards using industry-leading tools and equipment
- Participate in ongoing education and training to continue elevating your skillset
- Support a respectful, team-oriented environment focused on mutual growth
This role is for someone who takes ownership, not shortcuts.
Who This Is For
This role fits someone who:
- Has 3+ years of residential electrical experience
- Can work independently with strong troubleshooting skills
- Communicates well - phone, in-person, written
- Works safely, efficiently, and with pride
- Has a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Can pass an aptitude test
- Wants to grow personally, professionally, and economically.
- Holds an electrical license/certification (preferred, not required)

Compensation & Schedule
Clear path to $130K+ annually Full-time, Monday-Friday 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts available Overtime and on-call opportunities
