Residential Electrician - Electrical Service Tech

If you've got some electric experience under your belt and the drive to grow, Dalcon Electric in San Jose, CA wants to hear from you! We're looking for a Residential Electrician - Electrical Service Tech who's ready to learn, take pride in their craft, and make a real impact in customers' homes.

Job Snapshot:

• Pay: $25–$35 per hour DOE + bonuses
• Schedule: Full-time position, Monday through Friday, with your choice of 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Overtime is available for those who want to go the extra mile. Team members report to a central location before heading out to the day's service calls.

Who We're Looking For:

• 1 year of electrical field experience
• Ability to provide own basic electric tools
• Valid driver's license
• Customer service experience is a plus

The Work You'll Do:

As our new Residential Electrician - Electrical Service Tech, you'll assist with electrical installation and repair in residential homes while supporting lead installers. You'll deliver top-notch customer service, follow communication and documentation procedures, and keep learning on the job-all while helping homeowners feel safe and confident in the work you do.
