Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations (CDSS, DHCS, HIPAA, FERPA, Joint Commission).
- Oversee incident reporting, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely submission.
- Conduct residential inspections, audit medication records, and review operational forms.
- Develop, deliver, and track staff training on compliance, documentation, safety, and procedures.
- Prepare quarterly compliance reports and collaborate with licensing analysts.
- Contribute to policy and procedure development in coordination with internal teams.
- Support onboarding, performance management, and program development.
- Supervise support coordinators and on-call staff, ensuring operational continuity.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in residential care with leadership or compliance experience.
- Group Home/STRTP Site Administrator Certification (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- Strong knowledge of residential care regulations and compliance standards.
- Effective communication, organizational, and crisis management skills.
- Valid CA driver’s license and ability to pass background check.
Physical Requirements
- Combination of office and residential work; ability to lift up to 20 lbs, navigate stairs, and sit at a desk for extended periods.
