Residential Aide

HireLevel is looking for Direct Support Provider in Murphysboro and Desoto, IL.

Job Type:  Full - Time

Location: Murphysboro, IL

Shift: All Shifts 7am-3, 3pm -11pm, 11pm - 7am 

Similar Positions: DSP, DSW, Residential Aide, Home Health Care, 

Compensation: $ 17.00

Responsibilities of Direct Support Provider:

• Past experience with high medical needs and personal cares
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Assist person served personal care needs
• Assist individuals to explore and give back to their communities
• Develop a positive rapport while serving as a role model to create a safe and caring environment
• Teach meaningful activities that increase recreation, socialization and leisure skills
•  Available to work every other weekend

 Requirements of Direct Support Provider: 

• Must be DSP certified
• Must be flexible with work schedule
• 18 years or older, and have completed HS diploma or GED
• Must have valid driver’s license
