Job Title: Resident Sales Advisor
Location: Jersey City, NJ
Hours / Schedule: 9AM – 5PM OR 10AM – 6PM (Monday – Friday); Onsite
Type: Direct Hire
Compensation: $70,000 annually + commission (5% New Clients / 4% Recurring and Dormant Orders)

This company is recognized as a certified global leader in medical biotechnologies, specializing in cellular therapies. We are looking for a talented and competitive Resident Sales Associate who thrives in a sales medical device / manufacturing industry.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 Years Experience working as part of a Resident Sales Team in Medical Device/Pharma Industry.

  • Experience working in Salesforce – 1 year.

  • Candidate should have a scientific and/or business background with experience working in the pharmaceutical and/or medical devices industry.

Responsibilities

  • The Resident Sales Associate position performs a variety of support tasks to offer exceptional service to our customers/clients.

  • Reaching out to new leads generated by outbound call programs to present the company and its products.

  • Follow-up on all assigned perspective and active clients and report the status of the projects/action plan in the local CRM.

  • Listening to customers’ concerns / complaints and providing detailed information regarding products & services.

  • Presenting customers/clients with additional information regarding new products and/or services.

  • Determining the quickest, most effective method to respond to a client’s or customer’s questions.

  • Escalating queries and concerns.

  • Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service.

  • Willingness to take on additional projects as requested.

  • Strong work ethic.

  • Shows interest in the manufacturing medical device industry.

  • Experience related to sales, medical devices & terminology.

  • Strong phone presence and experience making frequent calls daily.

  • Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communications skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Punctual, hardworking, and can work well in a constantly changing environment.

  • Ability to take directions from the management team.
