Resident Assistant - Associate Housing

Applicants must be 18 years of age or older for this position.  

Joining our Associate Housing Team as a Housing Assistant means creating a welcoming, safe, and supportive living environment for our seasonal associates. You’ll help manage daily housing operations, assist residents with their needs, and foster a positive community experience.

• Assist with daily operations of associate housing facilities to ensure smooth functioning.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to resident inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards.
• Support move-in and move-out processes, including room assignments and key distribution.
• Enforce housing policies and assist with conflict resolution when necessary.
• Coordinate with maintenance and housekeeping teams for timely issue resolution.
• Plan and support community-building activities and events to enhance resident engagement.
