Repair Welder (TIG Gas Turbine Components)

We are hiring an experienced Repair Welder with strong TIG welding skills to support turbine component repair work. This role focuses on precision welding of super-alloys and high-value aerospace/gas turbine components in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on super-alloys and specialty metals
Repair turbine subcomponents to precise specifications
Read and interpret technical work instructions and blueprints
Use micrometers, calipers, height gauges, and measuring tools
Prep and finish parts using pneumatic, electrical, and hand tools
Blend welded areas to original contours
Assist with minor assembly/disassembly of components
High school diploma or GED
35+ years TIG welding experience on super-alloys or exotic metals
Experience welding gas turbine engines
Experience working on turbine, aerospace, or precision components
Ability to pass GTAW weld test (1G horizontal)
Must pass CWI inspection and bend test
U.S. work authorization required
Ability to pass background and drug screening
Aviation or aeroderivative gas turbine engines
Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
Experience using pneumatic grinding tools and precision measuring equipment
Do you currently hold an AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) credential?
Do you have 35 years TIG welding experience on super-alloys or exotic metals?
Have you welded gas turbine engines?
Do you have experience with turbine, aerospace, or high-value precision components?
Can you read and interpret technical work instructions and blueprints?
