Remote Travel Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Remote Travel Specialist to assist clients with planning and booking unforgettable travel experiences. This fully remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others, providing personalized service, and working independently in a flexible environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consult with clients to understand travel preferences, budgets, and goals

• Research and book vacations including cruises, resorts, tours, and custom itineraries

• Provide clear communication and ongoing support before, during, and after travel

• Manage bookings, changes, and cancellations with attention to detail

• Stay informed on travel trends, supplier offerings, and promotions

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working remotely

• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines

• Passion for travel and helping others

• Travel, sales, or hospitality experience is a plus (training provided)
