Support Student Onboarding: Serve as the primary contact for graduate re‑enroll, transfer, and program‑change students, guiding them through all steps required to successfully begin their program.
Drive Completion & Show Rates: Proactively reach out to students to ensure all documents, forms, and requirements are completed on time—educating, motivating, and keeping them focused on their start date.
Coordinate Financial Aid & Housing Steps: Schedule TimeTrade financial aid appointments, direct students to FAFSA support resources, verify completion of required forms, and assist with housing coordination and scholarship documentation.
Collaborate to Remove Barriers: Work closely with Financial Aid, Scheduling, Housing partners, and Student Development Advisors to troubleshoot issues, provide solutions, and ensure students stay on track.
Maintain Accurate Records & Communication: Document interactions, update multiple systems of record, summarize next steps, and deliver clear, compassionate communication at every touchpoint.
Education/ Preferred Experience
- HS Diploma or GED (required)
- Caseload / Portfolio Management: Managed a portfolio of students or clients with deadlines, tracking progress, following up, and ensuring all required steps were completed.
- Multi‑Department Coordination: Worked closely with departments or teams to move students/customers through multi‑step processes.
- Documentation & Systems Tracking: Accurately maintained notes and statuses across case‑management tools and handled required document uploads.
- Conversion Pipeline Work: Contributed to improving show rates, completion rates, or other measurable enrollment or onboarding outcomes.
Skills
- Ability to quickly triage competing student needs (missing documents, FA appointments, housing tasks) and manage time effectively in a deadline‑driven workflow.
- Build and execute a structured touch base cadence that keeps students on track, drives completion of required steps, and maintains urgency.
- Use empathy, active listening, and clear communication to address student concerns about finances, timing, or process confusion while keeping them engaged and moving forward.
- Be able to work effectively in a high-volume and fast-paced environment
