We are sharing a specialised part-time consulting opportunity for Hebrew-speaking voice professionals with strong spoken-audio skills and the ability to deliver clear, natural, and high-quality recorded speech for AI audio training and evaluation.

This role supports an exciting collaboration with a leading AI research laboratory focused on improving advanced AI systems and their ability to handle and produce audio data.

Selected professionals will contribute recorded Hebrew audio for a short-term project, helping improve model performance through structured voice recordings, strong delivery consistency, and high-quality audio production. Professional voice acting experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant speaking and audio backgrounds across music, television, podcasts, Twitch streaming, comedy, YouTube, radio, or similar fields may also be a strong fit.

Key Responsibilities

Professionals in this role may contribute to:

Voice Recording & Audio Delivery
Record high-quality Hebrew audio that supports AI model improvement and evaluation
Deliver speech in a clear, neutral-to-upbeat customer service style with strong enunciation and consistent pacing
Follow transcript instructions carefully while maintaining natural delivery and vocal consistency

Script Accuracy & Recording Precision
Pay close attention to punctuation, commas, dashes, and pacing within written transcripts
Record scripts exactly as written when required or make precise edits that preserve natural pacing
Maintain accuracy and consistency across submitted audio content

Technical Setup & Project Support
Use a professional audio recording setup, including a professional-grade microphone, soundproofing, audio interface, pop filter, and editing software for post-production
Support a structured short-term project with reliable participation and quality-focused output
Communicate effectively in English throughout the project as needed

Ideal Profile

Strong candidates may have:
Fluency in Hebrew and strong spoken communication skills
Professional or semi-professional experience in voice acting or related speaking and audio fields
Background in music, television, podcasts, Twitch streaming, comedy, YouTube, radio, or similar areas involving recorded speech
Proficiency in English for smooth communication during the project
Strong attention to detail when reading and recording scripts
A professional home recording setup capable of producing clean, high-quality audio
Ideally, candidates who were born and raised in Israel

Preferred qualifications

Professional experience in voice acting
Experience with performance-based recorded audio work
Strong control over pacing, tone, diction, and customer-facing voice delivery

Contract Details

Independent contractor role
Fully remote with flexible scheduling
Compensation of $225 USD per finished hour based on submitted audio length
Commitment of approximately 2–10 hours per week during the project
Approximate project length of 1–2 weeks from the start date
Project start date: Monday, March 16, 2026
Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early depending on project needs and performance
Weekly payments via Stripe or Wise
Work will not involve access to confidential or proprietary information from any employer, client, or institution
