We're hiring a remote team member to assist with client engagement and internal coordination efforts tied to a specialized product segment. This position is ideal for someone proactive and organized, who can stay focused while working independently and is available during regular U.S. business hours.
This is a fully remote position available to candidates working within U.S. time zones.
You’ll contribute to both inbound and outbound sales-related workflows, support recordkeeping, and help ensure communication between departments remains smooth and efficient. Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is a bonus but not required — training will be provided to help you succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to structured outreach activities and client follow-ups
- Maintain internal product/service records and documentation
- Track and review order and payment data for accuracy
- Collaborate with operations and admin teams to maintain workflow continuity
- Focus on building relationships — no unsolicited calling is expected
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Availability aligned with U.S. time zones (Mon–Fri schedule)
- High school diploma or GED minimum
- Clear, professional communication skills in English
- Familiarity with cloud-based tools like Google Docs or Microsoft Excel
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a remote work setting
- Precision and attention to detail when following process-driven tasks
