Location: TelecommuteJob Type: ContractCompensation Range: $60 - 63 per hourWe are looking for an Associate Manager, Product Marketing to assist with benefit-driven marketing projects across the network.This position focuses on supporting go-to-market strategies, converting network benefits into clear consumer language, and assisting with marketing programs for various launches and ongoing campaigns. The perfect candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels in high-speed environments and enjoys driving marketing initiatives forward through seamless cross-functional teamwork. Responsibilities:Support benefit-led marketing initiativesFacilitate the creation and rollout of marketing projects that emphasize the network's benefits and core value propositions.Assist in go-to-market alignment for new benefit introductions, promotional windows, and broader marketing schemes.Help translate technical network advantages into digestible consumer-facing copy for various assets and campaigns.Collaborate with data and analytics departments to monitor results and pinpoint areas for campaign refinement.Execute benefit-led marketing across channelsAssist in the deployment of marketing campaigns across the network's internal channels, ensuring all content stays true to brand goals and messaging.Contribute to the drafting of creative briefs and work alongside cross-functional partners (creative, legal, ops) to sync timelines and project outputs.Manage the development, approval process, and distribution of assets for diverse marketing programs.Support A/B testing and experimental marketing efforts to enhance the effectiveness of value proposition messaging.Provide brand and campaign supportDeliver operational support for large-scale brand initiatives, including routing assets for approval and general campaign logistics.Support Senior Leadership with daily brand management tasks, such as presentation prep, documentation, and project tracking.Verify that all marketing materials adhere to the network's established brand guidelines and messaging standards.Support in-store marketing initiativesCoordinate with Retail Marketing and physical location teams to deploy network messaging across in-person touchpoints, including digital signage and displays.Help bridge the gap between digital and physical environments to ensure a cohesive brand experience everywhere.Manage workflows and cross-functional coordinationProvide project management across several workstreams, tracking deadlines, deliverables, and feedback from stakeholders.Maintain high levels of organization to ensure marketing programs move smoothly from the concept phase to final execution.Adapt to evolving priorities while helping the team maintain high operational standards. Qualifications:PLEASE APPLY IF YOU MEET ALL 3 HARD SKILLS BELOW:3-5+ years of professional experience in product marketing, brand management, or integrated marketing roles in membership/retention marketing, B2C and/or retail space.Mastery of the product marketing funnel, specifically the ability to translate technical product features into consumer-facing value propositions and manage the execution of large-scale Go-To-Market (GTM) launches.Proven technical ability to coordinate complex marketing assets across diverse ecosystems, including digital "Owned & Operated" channels, in-store retail media (signage/POS), and integrated brand campaignsJOBID: 032026-126698#PLEqual Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.At Cella, a randstad digital company, we welcome people of all abilities and want to ensure that our hiring and interview process meets the needs of all applicants.
