Job Details

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to support a first party property damage practice in a fully remote environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Draft and file pleadings, motions, and discovery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court deadlines
  • Handle all aspects of discovery including preparing responses, organizing production, and managing exhibits
  • Maintain case files, track deadlines, and ensure all documentation is properly organized and up to date
  • Communicate with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel regarding case status and document requests
  • Assist attorneys with trial preparation including compiling exhibits, summaries, and trial binders
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure efficient case progression and workflow

Qualifications:
  • 2 to 10 years of litigation paralegal experience, ideally in plaintiff first party property damage (preferred not required)
  • Strong understanding of litigation procedures, deadlines, and court filings
  • Experience working independently in a remote or minimally supervised environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must reside in Florida and be comfortable working in a fully remote environment
