Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to leadership and cross-functional teams, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain organized digital filing systems, ensuring easy access and retrieval of important documents.
- Assist with vendor management, including contract tracking, invoicing, and serving as a point of contact for service providers.
- Support employee onboarding by coordinating document collection, account setup, and orientation scheduling.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc administrative projects and special initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be a citizen of the United States
Requirements
- Previous experience in office administration, administrative support, or a related role. Entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are encouraged to apply.
- Impeccable attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, and maintain order in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools such as Slack and Zoom.
- Resourceful and solutions-oriented with the ability to anticipate needs and address challenges proactively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and sound judgement.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying connected to the broader team and maintaining a high level of accountability.
