Talkiatry aims to bridge the current gap in outpatient psychiatry by providing in-network, high quality, respected medical care in a modern setting with modern tools. Our support staff focuses on removing administrative duties, enabling you to spend more of your time on patient care. It also means providing flexibility in where and when you practice medicine. Our psychiatrists also enjoy control over their hours and schedule. Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs) to join our team of providers.  Talkiatry’s mission is to transform psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. Talkiatry is seeking experienced licensed Therapists, including social workers, counselors, and marriage and family therapists (LCSWs, LMFTs, LMHCs, LPCs, LCPCs, LPCCs) to join our team of providers.  ~ Provide the best, high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for your patients.  ~ Collaborate with our dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage and treat our patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities. ~ Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.  ~ Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. ~ Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes ~ Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care. ~ A commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care.  ~ Therapists employed by Talkiatry must already have at least two active and independent licenses to practice in the state(s) where they intend to work. Practice supervision and supervision toward independent licensure is not provided. ~ W2 employment with employer-paid Health, Dental, Vision Insurance: Up to 100% of insurance premiums  ~ Flexible hours and scheduling- 100% remote telehealth- all equipment is provided ~ Accessible clinical support from a dedicated clinical lead and peers. ~ A dedicated administrative support team that offers comprehensive services, including scheduling, billing, patient communication and other essential tasks. ~401k with match, generous PTO plus paid holidays, CEU days and stipend, paid parental leave, and more!  ~ It all comes back to care: we’re a mental health company, and we put our team’s well-being first. ~ Provide the best, high-quality psychotherapy and coordinated care for your patients.  ~ Collaborate with our dynamic team of Providers including psychiatrists and nurse practitioners to diagnose, manage and treat our patients, employing a wide variety of interventions and modalities. ~ Work independently and collaborate with a team of behavioral health providers and support staff.  ~ Utilize our custom technology, including an integrated EMR, to support providers with patient messaging, track patient progress, and gain insights into outcomes. ~ Demonstrated experience caring for diverse mix of patients receiving mental health treatment for anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. ~ Ensure patient needs are met by listening, communicating clearly, addressing concerns, coordinating care, and taking accountability for outcomes ~ Engage in continuous improvement by seeking feedback, participating in professional development, and implementing evidence-based practices to enhance the quality of care. ~ A commitment to high-quality, accessible, cost-effective health care. ~ Therapists employed by Talkiatry must already have the necessary licensure to practice independently in the state(s) where they intend to work.
