Remote Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, LCSW)

We are hiring a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW) for a full-time telehealth opening in Michigan.

You will provide therapy to clients through virtual appointments, helping them work through emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal concerns. The role includes assessment, treatment planning, therapeutic support, documentation, and regular follow-through to help clients stay engaged in care.

Position Details
Location: Michigan
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $115,000 to $120,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Lead scheduled telehealth therapy sessions with clients
• Complete clinical assessments and establish treatment direction
• Provide ongoing counseling and therapeutic support
• Review progress and revise care plans when appropriate
• Maintain organized and timely clinical records
• Follow licensing, privacy, and documentation requirements
• Help create a steady, professional client experience from intake through ongoing care

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a mental health-related discipline
• Active license as LMFT, LCMHC, or LCSW
• Experience working with mental health clients in a therapy setting
• Strong interpersonal, clinical, and organizational skills
• Able to work full-time hours in a remote setting
• Familiarity with telehealth care delivery preferred
