Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a full-time, remote Medical Paralegal based in Pennsylvania, New York, or New Jersey. The ideal candidate will bring at least one year of Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury experience, combined with a strong understanding of orthopedic medical terminology. This role requires the ability to review and interpret medical records, compose treatment timelines, and ensure compliance with policy and treatment guidelines. The environment is fast-paced with strict deadlines, requiring excellent organizational and time management skills.
Job Responsibilities:
Compose detailed medical treatment timelines based on provided medical records
Review medical records, policy language, and treatment guidelines
Interpret and apply orthopedic medical terminology in case preparation
Support attorneys with Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury cases
Manage and organize case documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
Utilize Google Chrome and Gmail for daily tasks and communication
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of Workers’ Compensation or Personal Injury experience (required)
Clear understanding of orthopedic medical terminology (required)
Professional Paralegal Certification and/or College Degree (required)
Proficiency with Google Chrome and Gmail
Exceptional attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Must be based in PA, NY, or NJ (required)
