First year commissions generally around $30,000 & top performers in our agency make $55,000 in additional commission. Bonuses are rewarded based on success of the agency.
Salary Range: $70000.00 - $100000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their unique insurance needs and recommend suitable American Family Insurance products.
- Develop and present customized insurance proposals, clearly explaining coverage options and benefits.
- Proactively identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling to existing clients.
- Maintain accurate and organized client records within the agency's CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve agency sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Valid Ohio Property & Casualty & Life Insurance Licenses.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client service.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- A genuine desire to help people protect what matters most to them.
