• Base Salary of $35,000 + (depending on experience) plus commissions with first-year earnings between $70,000 and $90,000+

• Identify and pursue new insurance sales opportunities through prospecting and networking
• Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Present and close insurance policies across property, casualty, and life lines
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional follow-up and service
• Provide occasional support for customer service inquiries and policy changes
• Contribute to agency growth goals through consistent sales activity and teamwork

• Valid Property & Casualty insurance license or be willing to obtain one
• Prior insurance sales experience with a proven track record
• Strong prospecting and closing skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and accountable to individual results
• Confident communicator who is engaging, organized, and reliable
