Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead a high-performing team of up to 10 remote insurance sales representatives. Set clear goals, motivate your team, and cultivate a positive, results-driven culture.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with company objectives. Focus on improving close ratios, increasing bundling numbers, and leveraging lead sources for maximum impact.
- Lead Management & Vendors: Oversee lead flow and partnerships with lead vendors to ensure a steady pipeline of quality opportunities. Optimize lead distribution to maximize conversion.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metricsincluding individual and team sales performance, call quality, and conversion ratesto drive continuous improvement.
- Call Coaching & Quality Assurance: Regularly review sales calls, provide constructive feedback, and implement coaching strategies to elevate communication skills and sales effectiveness.
- Training & Development: Deliver ongoing training, support, and mentorship to your team. Foster professional growth and create a pathway to success for each sales representative.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and prospects to drive long-term customer loyalty and boost retention.
- Market Analysis: Stay ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and competitive positioning to ensure our product offerings remain compelling and relevant.
Requirements
- Experience: MUST HAVE direct experience working with Allstate and previous management experience
- Licensing: Current insurance license is required.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team development skills with the ability to lead by example and elevate performance.
- Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Remote Readiness: Proven success in a fully remote work environment; must be self-motivated and well-organized.
- Tech Proficiency: Comfortable using CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales-related technologies.
- Customer Focus: Passion for building client relationships and improving customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
- Problem Solving: Strategic thinker with a track record of analyzing challenges and developing high-impact solutions.
