Job Details

This attorney will evaluate, develop, and litigate plaintiff-side data breach and privacy class action matters. The role requires strong legal writing, research, and litigation execution skills across pleadings, motion practice, and discovery. Successful candidates are proactive, self-directed, and capable of managing complex litigation responsibilities in a remote environment.

Litigation Execution
· Evaluate potential plaintiff-side class action matters
· Draft pleadings, complaints, and legal motions
· Conduct legal research and case law analysis
· Manage written discovery and document review
· Support class certification strategy and litigation development
· Collaborate with litigation team on case strategy

Professional Background
· Minimum 2+ years class action litigation experience
· Experience with pleading, motion practice, and discovery
· Strong legal research and analytical skills
· Excellent legal writing ability
· Self-directed with strong initiative in a remote work setting
· Interest in or experience with data breach or privacy litigation
