We’re hiring Seasonal Remote Customer Service Representatives to support a well-known retail apparel company, and this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:
- Assist customers with navigating and placing online orders
- Respond to questions about products, promotions, orders, and returns
- Research inquiries and professionally de-escalate concerns
- Utilize multiple systems and browsers to resolve issues efficiently
- Communicate clearly and courteously with customers and internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Retail experience is a plus
- Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Professional, flexible, and team-oriented
