This fully remote position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, building relationships, and creating memorable travel experiences. No prior travel industry experience is required — comprehensive training and ongoing support are provided.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with vacation planning, reservations, and itinerary plans
Provide destination insights and personalized travel recommendations
Manage confirmations, updates, changes, and service-related concerns
Research and compare travel options using approved booking systems
Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
Communicate professionally via phone, email, and online platforms
Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
Must be at least 18 years of age
Legal eligibility to work in the U.S., U.K., Mexico, Australia, or Spain
