Remote Client Account Consultant

AO Globe Life is expanding its fully remote team and seeking motivated, people-oriented professionals to join us as Remote Client Account Consultants. All client consultations are scheduled with individuals who have already requested information. There is no cold calling, door knocking, or independent prospecting required.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom

• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

• Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and clarity

• Maintain accurate client documentation and follow compliance standards

• Participate in weekly team meetings, training sessions, and professional development

• Collaborate with teammates to share best practices and achieve performance goals
