- We are seeking Customer Support Agent's who have a PC and are wanting to work remotely to be the friendly voice our customers turn to for healthcare. In this role you will handle incoming calls providing helpful information resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience. Start dates will be Monday's starting middle of March and run weekly through end of April. Pleasant attitude on the phone and at work is the most important part of this job!
Key Responsibilities :
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner. Will be warm outbound calls as well.
• Address customer inquiries
• Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document in system
• Provide feedback on recurring issues to management to help improve processes.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications :
• Excellent communication and attendance.
• Problemsolving capabilities and ability to think on your feet.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and work collaboratively with team members. - NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY WE WILL TRAIN and THIS IS A LONG TERM OPPORTUNITY CONTRACT WILL GO THROUGH DECEMBER 2026.
