Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst

Overview

St. Joseph's Villa is currently recruiting for a Remote Behavior Analyst to join Community Based Service and Outpatient Behavior Treatment programs. As a Behavior Analyst at St. Joseph's Villa, you will play a crucial role in the assessment, development, and implementation of behavior intervention plans for individuals with diverse needs. Services are provided within a mixture of clinic-based settings and client homes. Working under the direction of our Clinical Supervisor, you will contribute to the advancement of our Outpatient Behavioral Treatment team, ensuring that each client receives personalized and effective ABA services. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct ABA services, including one-on-one therapy sessions and group interventions.
• Supervise and mentor ABA Counselors and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and holistic support for clients.
• Maintain accurate records, data collection, and progress reporting.
• Stay current with best practices and research in the field of ABA.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong clinical skills, including behavior assessment, intervention planning, and data analysis.
