The Todd Caviglia Allstate Agency is hiring a Remote Licensed Sales Producer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for a motivated insurance sales professional who excels at outbound calling, converting warm leads, and closing Home & Auto policies in a single call.
This is a fully remote role, but all team members must be willing and able to work a MondayFriday, 8:30 AM6:00 PM Pacific Time schedule. (This is 11:30 AM 9:00 PM Eastern Time Zone)

Who We Are:
The Todd Caviglia Allstate Agency is located in Anaheim, CA and is a fast growing agency dedicated to providing excellent service to our existing and new clients. As a Licensed Sales Producer, you will be working with individuals who currently do not have Allstate Insurance guiding them through the discovery process and assisting them with getting properly covered.

We provide a combination of internet leads, live lead transfers, and have an existing book of business to work within.

Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to interested prospects who do not currently have Allstate insurance
- Use proven one-call-close tactics to convert leads into new policyholders
- Provide accurate quotes and explain Home & Auto coverage options
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Allstate products
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
- Maintain detailed records in CRM and follow up as needed
- Work effectively in a remote environment with minimal supervision
Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License Required
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
- Minimum 1 year of experience selling Home & Auto insurance policies Required
- Commercial, health, or life-only experience does not meet this requirement
- At least 1 year of successful remote work experience, with references to verify performance
- Strong outbound calling, quoting, and closing skills
- Ability to build rapport quickly and handle high-volume calling
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems
