Were seeking a Bilingual Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our Cypress-based team. In this role, youll serve as the front line for client support, providing friendly, knowledgeable service and helping policyholders make confident decisions. Youll also identify opportunities to enhance coverage and refer clients to our financial specialists for additional support.
- Base salary of $40,000 to $60,000, based on experience

Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional service to policyholders by phone and in person
- Review and recommend policy coverage options tailored to customer needs
- Assist with billing, policy changes, endorsements, and documentation updates in eAgent
- Proactively retain customers considering cancellation
- Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer leads to our financial services team
Requirements
- Active Property and Casualty license required
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Previous insurance or customer service experience is highly preferred
- Motivated to serve, solve problems, and retain clients
- Detail-oriented and comfortable documenting client interactions accurately
- Team player with a desire to grow within the agency
