A large software and gaming company is looking for a Remote Associate Producer to join the Studio team within Creative Services. This person will be responsible for the scheduling and final delivery of marketing assets (stills). You will focus on accurate and timely delivery across various product lines. Looking for individuals who excel in organization, have exceptional communication abilities, and who are comfortable managing schedules of complex projects in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidates are passionate about working in technology and have a history of working within marketing environments.
In this role you will.
Coordinate and track multiple asset production schedules on a daily basis, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are up to date.
Manage select projects from kickoff to final delivery, taking ownership of smaller
initiatives while supporting senior producers on larger campaigns.
Maintain accurate documentation of asset specifications and requirements, servingas a single source of truth for cross-functional teams.
Assist with resourcing by assigning tasks to designers based on availability and skill
sets, helping balance team bandwidth and optimize workflow.
Support communication between creative, design, and production teams, ensuring project updates and changes are clearly documented and shared.
Contribute to process improvements by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting
solutions to streamline production workflows.

Skills and Requirements
2-5 Years of experience coming from Gaming, Large brand, Entertainment or a Marketing Agency
Experience and exposure to Airtable, Wrike and Figma as a Production Coordinator or Associate Producer
Self-starter, you approach challenges creatively and methodically and exhibit
amazing problem-solving skills daily to find resolutions.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Demonstrated ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and lead teams to perform above and beyond.
Personabledevelops relationships with internal and third-party players to foster
excellent communication.
Comfortable asking questions and addressing potential issues by communicating directly with stakeholders involved.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment to meet deliverablesand even find a more efficient path forward.
