ROLE SUMMARY:
As the Reliability Manager out of our Fort Collins, Colorado Brewery you will be responsible for the reliability of maintenance processes on all Brewhouse and Fermenting equipment. This position works closely with the maintenance team to create sustainable programs to improve equipment uptime while controlling maintenance costs.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Support the brewery in achieving their targeted Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) in the maintenance department and ensure continuous improvement
+ Implementation of best practices and compliance in the execution
+ Serve as “Resident Expert” on technical issues and six-sigma problem solving
+ Support the coordination/prioritization of advanced training delivery for trades
+ Actively coach and mentor plant personnel to increase expertise
+ Responsible for ensuring the maintenance plans are well understood and executed by all
+ Supporting Capex (capital expenditure) plan and building economic business cases as required
+ Update the Maintenance Reporting System and providing training
+ Assurance of equipment reliability; preventative and continual maintenance
+ Owner of department Maintenance ZBB and VIC budgets.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
+ University Degree - Mechanical Engineering or Science with a technical background preferred
+ 5 years of experience managing maintenance best practices, policies and procedures
+ Knowledge of brewing, maintenance, quality controls an asset
+ Experience with coaching and training skilled trades in a unionized environment
+ Solid understanding of mechanical/electrical controls and automation systems
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Sound analytical skills to develop/understand business cases
+ Excellent computer skills; use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) is an asset
