Our client, a global leader in pharmaceutical and life‑science manufacturing, is seeking a Reliability Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance (Entry Level) to join their team. As a Reliability Engineer – Mechanical Maintenance, you will be part of the Maintenance & Reliability Department, supporting automated production and material‑handling operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands‑on mechanical aptitude, problem‑solving skills, and good communication abilities, which will align successfully within the organization.

$30.00 – $39.29 per hour
What’s the Job?
- Perform hands‑on mechanical troubleshooting and repair of automated manufacturing and material‑handling equipment.
- Maintain mechanical systems such as conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bearings, belts, chains, and couplings.
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Support installation, alignment, and mechanical commissioning of new or modified equipment.
- Document maintenance work accurately in the CMMS and collaborate with production and engineering teams.
What’s Needed?
- 0–3 years of hands‑on mechanical maintenance or industrial troubleshooting experience (internships/co‑ops accepted).
- Strong mechanical aptitude with rotating equipment, conveyors, belts/chains, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Comfort working in a physically demanding, fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings and use hand tools safely.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and ability to work onsite in Whitestown, IN.
