Salary Range: $77,000 - $117,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop, optimize, and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify failure trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to improve asset reliability and uptime.
• Implement and monitor key reliability metrics such as MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
• Evaluate new equipment specifications for reliability, maintainability, and life cycle cost.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment focused on equipment reliability.
• Demonstrated expertise in applying reliability methodologies (RCM, FMECA, RCA).
• Proficiency with predictive maintenance technologies (vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis).
• Strong analytical skills, including statistical analysis for reliability data.
• Experience with CMMS/EAM systems for asset and maintenance management.

Bonus Qualifications

• Advanced data analysis and programming skills (e.g., Python, R, SQL) for predictive maintenance.
• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced Asset Performance Management (APM) software platforms (e.g., Meridium APM, Aspen Mtell).
• Certified Vibration Analyst (Category II or higher).
