Introduction
We are seeking an Entry-Level Release Coordinator to support software delivery and change management activities across our banking platforms. This role will assist in coordinating production releases, ensuring compliance with enterprise change management standards, and facilitating smooth deployments across development, testing, and production environments. The Release Coordinator collaborates with development, production support, implementation teams, and other stakeholders to facilitate the planning, approval, and successful deployment of production changes. This function is essential for the timely and accurate delivery of both Projects and BAU changes across technical teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to ensure clear and effective communications.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office (Projects, Excel, Outlook).
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in release coordination or a similar role.
- Understanding of banking platforms and software delivery processes.
- Familiarity with enterprise change management standards.
