Job Details

The Role: Reimbursement Specialist
This position focuses on end-to-end billing and collections, working closely with internal teams and clients to ensure invoices are accurate, submitted timely, and collected efficiently.
You’ll be responsible for:
  • Processing and posting revenue for billing with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
  • Generating and submitting invoices through multiple channels (email, portals, VMS, etc.)
  • Reviewing documentation (timecards, contracts, POs) to ensure billing compliance
  • Managing AR aging and following up on past-due accounts
  • Researching and resolving billing discrepancies and denied invoices
  • Communicating with clients to drive collections and resolve outstanding balances
  • Posting payments, reconciling accounts, and minimizing write-offs
  • Partnering internally to improve billing processes and reduce errors
