Job Description
We are seeking a motivated, compassionate, and energetic Rehabilitation Technician to join our clinical team. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates pursuing careers in healthcare, exercise science, physical therapy, or chiropractic.
As a Rehabilitation Technician, you will work closely with our doctors and patients to ensure smooth clinical flow and guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients between the waiting area and rehabilitation room
- Demonstrate and guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises
- Ensure exercises are performed correctly and safely
- Set up and manage spinal remodeling/rehabilitation equipment as directed
- Instruct patients on proper use of spinal orthotic DME for home use
- Help maintain efficient patient flow throughout the day
- Monitor patient tolerance and progress during sessions
- Communicate any patient concerns or changes to the doctor and front desk team
- Perform light administrative and clerical duties as needed
Qualifications
Ideal candidates are pursuing or have completed a degree in:
- Exercise Science
- Kinesiology
- Health Sciences
- Pre-Physical Therapy, Pre-Occupational Therapy, or related field

Compensation

- Monday: 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM & 2:15 PM – 6:15 PM
- Tuesday: 2:15 PM – 6:15 PM
- Wednesday: 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM & 2:15 PM – 6:15 PM
- Thursday: 8:45 AM – 12:00 PM & 2:15 PM – 6:15 PM
