JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that care is coordinated, services are delivered, and care managed appropriately. The Clinical Supervisor supervises all clinical staff and provides training, mentoring and coaching as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Masters or Doctorate program.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Texas with current and unencumbered license to practice in the state of employment.
• Two (2) years of management or supervisory experience in a rehabilitation therapy department or program, preferably in Home Health.
• Possess and maintain valid CPR certification. Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test.
• Compliance with accepted professional standards and practice.
• Has excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations and ACHC standards.
• Access to reliable transportation.
