Rehab Technician – Heritage Grove Estates

Heritage Grove Estates is seeking a motivated and compassionate Rehab Technician to join our in-house therapy team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with patients, supporting therapists, and contributing to a positive rehabilitation experience in a skilled nursing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist physical, occupational, and speech therapists with treatment sessions

• Prepare therapy areas and equipment for daily use

• Safely transport residents to and from therapy sessions

• Clean and maintain therapy spaces and supplies

• Support patient engagement, comfort, and safety during sessions

• Strong computer skills, attention to detail and must be highly organized

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Previous experience in patient care preferred

• Skilled nursing facility experience strongly preferred

• Experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is a plus

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Compassionate, patient-centered attitude

• Ability to follow directions and adhere to safety protocols
