Adams & Martin Group is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst / Paralegal to join our client's in-house legal and regulatory compliance team. This is a full-time, direct hire position, located in Fenton, Missouri. It is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement after an initial training period. This role reports to Corporate Counsel and indirectly to the VP of Product Development.

Basic Function: The primary responsibilities of the Regulatory Compliance Analyst include i.) submitting Company's contract forms to State Regulators as applicable and obtaining applicable state approvals; and, ii.) submitting Company's contract forms toLenders and third-party compliance entities as applicable and obtaining applicable approvals. Additional responsibilities include effectively managing Company's relationship(s) with State Regulators, Lenders and third-party compliance entities; in addition to, providing ad-hoc troubleshooting support to other Company departments when requested. Secondary responsibilities (as time allows) may include assisting with the Company's licensing renewal processing. Occasional travel (< 10%) may be required.

Primary Responsibilities:

1.State Regulator Contract Form Submissions & Approvals

1.1Manage the state regulator submission / approval process for company forms (consumer contracts), across all product programs.

1.2Using the Company's CRM, develop, manage and maintain the Company's relationship(s) with applicable state regulator personnel.

1.3Communicate any changes or additions to the list of state-approved approved forms to applicable Company personnel.
