Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager

Concord Center for Rehabilitation & Healthcare is seeking an experienced RN Unit Manager to oversee clinical operations and nursing staff on an assigned unit. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and a commitment to high-quality, resident-centered care.
Responsibilities:
Supervise clinical and administrative operations of the assigned unit
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and standards of care
Mentor and support nursing staff with clinical guidance and development
Monitor resident care, documentation, and quality outcomes
Review resident records and individualized care plans
Address resident and family concerns professionally
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
Serve as liaison between unit staff and facility leadership
Support quality improvement and regulatory readiness
Qualifications:
Active NYS RN license required
3+ years long-term care experience preferred
2+ years Charge Nurse experience preferred
Strong leadership and clinical judgment
Proficient with electronic documentation and basic computer systems
Excellent communication skills

The facility features 140 beds, including 17 vent-certified beds. The residents live in attractively furnished private and semi-private rooms.
