Schedule: Full-Time • Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $39.57 – $53.34 (based on experience)

Position Overview

Join a high-performing surgical team at a nationally recognized Level I Trauma Center. As a Trauma OR RN, you will play a critical role in delivering life-saving care in a fast-paced, high-acuity operating room environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced OR nurses seeking advanced clinical exposure in trauma, burn, and stroke interventions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive patient care during trauma surgical procedures
• Manage complex, high-acuity cases using advanced nursing practices
• Assist across specialized service lines including Trauma, Burn, and Stroke care
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensure strict compliance with clinical standards, safety protocols, and policies

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Trauma OR experience in an acute care setting (Required)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• Active RN license (or compact state license)
• BCLS & ACLS certification (required within 30 days of hire)
• Must reside within 30 minutes of the facility (on-call requirement)
