The Opportunity
We are seeking an adaptable and skilled Registered Nurse for our Staffing Response Team in Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time, night-shift position (36 hours/week) designed for nurses who enjoy moving between units and specialty areas to provide high-quality patient care.

What You’ll Do

Clinical Agility: Float between various inpatient units (Med-Surg, Telemetry, and Intermediate Care) based on daily hospital needs.

High-Level Nursing: Perform comprehensive assessments and implement care plans for a diverse patient population.

Collaborative Support: Quickly integrate with different unit teams to maintain safe staffing ratios and clinical excellence.

Safety & Advocacy: Uphold our high standards of patient safety and serve as a resource for permanent unit staff.

Continuous Learning: Rapidly adapt to different specialty workflows, enhancing your clinical "toolbox" daily.

What You Bring

Licensure: Active North Carolina (or compact) RN license and BLS certification.

Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of acute care experience (Inpatient hospital setting required).

Flexibility: A positive "can-do" attitude and the ability to thrive in changing environments.

Certifications: ACLS/PALS are highly preferred and may be required depending on the floating specialty.

Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with new teams.
