Key Responsibilities:
  • Clinical Practice: Practice nursing guided by the Professional Practice Model, evidence-based practice, and research, implementing the Scope of Practice and Code of Ethics standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Function as a key member of an interdisciplinary team of licensed and unlicensed caregivers.
  • Patient Advocacy: Uphold the voice of the patient while adhering to system policies and procedures.
  • Emergency Response: Function in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies in a decisive, composed, and respectful manner.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-Current RN license (Georgia or Compact State)
  • BLS and ACLS certification (required)
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Bachelor's in Nursing Preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience preferred; Circulating and Robotics experience is ideal.
  • Education: Completion of an accredited/approved school of nursing. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is Preferred.
  • Valid RN license in the State of Georgia or a Multi-state Compact license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart Association required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) through the American Heart Association required.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience with direct patient care is Preferred.
  • Ideal candidates will possess circulating experience and experience with robotics.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English language.
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to optimize technology to support clinical care and possess basic computer skills.
  • Practices nursing using evidence, analytical skills, and decisive judgment.
