Registered Nurse (RN) – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Lake City, FL
Shifts: Night Shift & Mixed (Rotating Weekends)

Compensation & Incentives

• Hourly Rate: $30.60 – $45.90 (based on experience)
• Night Shift Differential: +$4.25/hour
• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $15,000
• Relocation Assistance: Available (case-by-case)

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, monitor, and manage patient conditions using established care models
• Perform clinical procedures and ensure accurate, timely documentation
• Advocate for patients and communicate effectively with families and care teams
• Educate patients on conditions, medications, and follow-up care
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of ER RN experience (Acute Care)
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
• Active RN license
• BCLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 30 days of hire
