Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Care Manager
Location: Manhattan/ Brooklyn/ Bronx/ Queens, NY
Duration: 13 weeks of contract with possible extension.
Schedule: 10 AM - 6 PM.
Pay rate: $60.00 hr. to 65.00 hr. on w2.
Note: We have openings for Manhattan/ Brooklyn/ Bronx/ Queens (choose any location, shift, department as per experience)
Position Overview:
- 5 years minimum of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience with Care Coordination, Utilization review, and discharge planning.
- Computer literacy required
Education:
- Associate’s degree (ASN, ADN) from an accredited Nursing Program - Required
- Bachelors or master’s in nursing - Preferred
