Schedule: Arizona business hours
Pay: $41–$44/hour (W2 equivalent of $85,000–$92,000) + Benefits

We are actively hiring multiple Clinical Quality Reviewers to support the TRICARE program.
This is a 6-month contract with strong potential for extension. The team is moving quickly and plans to begin reviewing candidates early next week.
About the Role
This position focuses on improving care quality for TRICARE beneficiaries, including military members and their families, through detailed clinical review and analysis.
You will work behind the scenes to ensure care meets established quality, safety and utilization standards.
What You’ll Do
Review medical records to identify quality or safety concerns
Analyze cases using TRICARE, national and clinical guidelines
Prepare case summaries and recommendations
Support peer review and quality improvement initiatives
Identify trends and assist with practice pattern analysis
Collaborate with medical directors and quality teams
Required Qualifications
Active, unrestricted RN or LCSW license
3+ years clinical experience (Med-Surg and/or Behavioral Health)
U.S. Citizenship required
Ability to pass a DoD background investigation
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Clinical Quality Management
Background in data analysis or reporting
Familiarity with InterQual or similar criteria
Knowledge of TRICARE, Medicare, or government healthcare programs
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field (or CPHQ)
